Each roll of JYYFLOOR homogeneous flooring undergoes Triple Plasticize and Double Granulation, achieving a dense, flexible material with Super T-grade abrasion resistance.

After each production process, the material is cooled and screened to remove adhering residue, creating a clearer grain pattern in the flooring.

Each roll of flooring undergoes 24-48 hours of maintenance after production. Cooling and tempering during production fully eliminate internal stress, resulting in excellent dimensional stability.
