JinYiYuan (Jiangsu) New Materials Co., Ltd (JYYFLOOR) is the flooring subsidiary of JinYiYuan Group. The factory is located in Liyang, Jiangsu Province, with an area of around 70,000 m2, a building area of around 50,000 m2, and an office area of 3,600 m2. The factory has over 300 employees, including 2 senior foreign technical engineers and 6 domestic technical engineers. We focus on producing environmentally friendly flooring products for healthcare, office, educational, airport, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, and hotels.

Quality Control

As the OEM base of many world-famous brands, our products must withstand the tests of different standards. For every roll flooring after production, we will lay them(more than 24 hours in summer time and more than 48 hours in winter time) to relieve flooring stress and do the quality inspection. Our factory lab has five professional quality control personnel. We keep samples of every production batch, and test the flooring performance before delivery. The test items we do include wear resistance, flexibility, static electricity, color fastness, residual concavity, chemical resistance, etc.

Production Capacity

Until 2023, we have seven flooring production lines. 1 directional homogeneous flooring production line, 3 non-directional homogeneous flooring production lines, 1 ESD flooring production line, and 2 rubber flooring production lines. The annual production capacity is 7,000,000 square meters. We have more than 20 different flooring collections, with more than 600 different colors. Our standard flooring stock is 600,000-800,000 square meters.
